The location was stunning and right on the promenade and beach and close to shops and restaurants

Reception check in was in a different location round the block and when keys did not work it was a trek, the free breakfast was again in a different location round the corner which was a grab and go style with outside seating and it was pouring with rain. No basic utensils in kitchen i.e. mugs plates etc even though it is an apartment - these had to be requested from reception again another trek round the block so we did not bother - could not find the advertised pool! All in all it seems that there are a group of managed hotels sharing facilities which was not as advertised - staff rather surly

Great location for romantic getaway. Very clean and comfortable

Nasty staff. Paid in full on booking.com but charges were made for additonal fees from another booking site.seems scam like. We were charged a $40 fee to add extra night as a early check in fee. . Fees for everything inluding coffee filter we could buy from them. Coffee pot but no disposable cups, or filters. even in bathroom. Outside breakfast area soaked from rain and attendant who checks your key to make sure you are booked here but wouldn't dry tables and chairs. In check in the people behind us who were Spanish were taken before us by the nasty Spanish attendant who spoke to us with food in her mouth. Lovely facility but staff needs replacement staff interaction was terrible

Cleanliness and location.

The location is great. Right on the boardwalk. It is quiet and while basic it is comfortable.

Service at the front desk was slow. The team felt overwhelmed with the shop and the check in. The amount of signage in the lobby and the potential fines and charges really give an impression that you’ll be penalised for doing something while there. To be clear - we were not penalised but there seemed to be warnings about penalties for late check out, parking, fake service dogs, all sorts of things. It just felt like we would be find on entry and this made us nervous.
