Breakfast was basic. Location was excellent for traveling West

The bed was uncomfortable. Water pressure in the bathroom was poor. Furniture in the room was old and looked very worn.

"Not just a stop along the Interstate"

Colby may be seen as an overnight rest stop on a long journey, but it brings a charm that is also reflected in this hotel. With quite a few hotels clustered together, the Quality Inn & Suites gives you clean rooms, a good continental breakfast, and friendly staff. My family, including our dog were welcomed upon check-in and greeted by every employee we ran into. Plus, we were given local recommendations to help us discover a bit of Colby in a short afternoon.

The parking lot could be better arranged.

The first room we were sent to had a toilet. That wasn't working the gentleman at the front desk came up very quickly and tried to plunge it and said, it's just flushing slow.It just comes up to the edge of the rim. Nobody had really dropped a load in it either though which my husband was about to do.And we really didn't want to be walking through it.And then have to pack up and leave. It felt like we were being a burden to ask for another room so that we didn't have to walk through our own c***.

See above. The rooms were clean. The room was quiet and the location was good. Breakfast was just meh.

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean!

The shower was incredibly slick and the water pressure was not good. It took me double my normal time to shower. Also, the toilet would take a minimum of 2 flushes.
