O staff é super disponível e prestável, no último dia tínhamos que sair muito cedo e perguntamos se era possível fazer o pequeno almoço para take away e o staff preparou 9 pequenos almoços para takeaway. A piscina é ótima, e a comida também tem imensa qualidade. Quarto com ótima qualidade e super limpo Nasi goreng super saboroso e barato.

O serviço às vezes pode ser lento mas compensa a espera e pela simpatia do staff.

The Villa was amazing, quiet and comfortable with very friendly staff. The location was perfect, just a 10minute grab to ubud centre. If you needed anything from the staff they were just a WhatsApp message away ☺️ and the room was so spacious, definitely something you don't get in most hotels

Unfortunately the curtain in our bathroom had broken, just the normal wear and tear but it was a bit of an inconvenience if my partner put the light on in the bathroom and I was trying to sleep. But other than that, greatness all around. And maybe just clean the couch, it had a strange smell

Zwembad is fijn. Kamers zijn ruim en netjes. Personeel is lief en ontbijtopties zijn goed.

Locatie echt te ver, niks op loopafstand. Ook onwijs gehorig en veel herrie, blaffende hondenroedel naast hotel. Heeft geen zin om kamer met bad te nemen, want zodra je bad halfvol is houdt het warm water er mee op.
