名古屋駅からは少し離れていますが、徒歩10分以内でアクセスできる場所にあります。周辺には評判の良い居酒屋やレストランも多く、食事には困りません。ホテルはコンパクトですが、宿泊施設としての設備は整っており、快適に滞在できました。

チェックイン時のフロント対応について、看過できない点がありました。 チェックインの際、フロントスタッフからパスポートの提示を求められました。しかし、私は日本国内に在住しており、日本国内のホテルに宿泊する場合、通常はパスポートの提示義務はありません。にもかかわらず、急にパスポート提示を求められたことに、大きな違和感と不快感を覚えました。 日本の宿泊施設においては、海外からの旅行者で日本国内に住所を有しない場合に限り、本人確認のためパスポートの提示が求められる運用であると理解しています。 今回の対応は、利用者として尊重されていないと感じさせるものであり、場合によっては差別的対応と受け取られてもやむを得ないものです。このような対応が行われたことについて、事実関係をご確認のうえ、スタッフへの適切な指導および再発防止策を講じていただきたいと考えています。

Muy bonito el lugar, hay desayuno (pan, yogurt, onigiri) gratis Muy cómodo

Esta un poco alejado de la estación pero es una distancia bastante razonable de caminar El espacio del cuarto es un poco pequeño, así que si tienes maletas grandes posiblemente sea un poco incómodo
