La atención fue super buena, el chico que nos atendió en la recepción fue muy atento, las instalaciones eran cómodas, está en buena ubicación Excelente servicio🥰

No pudimos usar la piscina dentro del hotel, ya que hubo una emergencia natural, quedó fuera de servicio y estaba en mantenimiento, teníamos conocimiento de que fue una situación que afectó prácticamente todo Melgar así que entendemos que no era responsabilidad del hotel.

La ubicacion esta bien, es central si se quiere estar dentro del pueblo

Se desbordo una quebrada y al estar cerca de allí se inundo el hotel y la piscina quedó elodada (un desastre natural) pero lo mas malo fue la actitud de la administradora Mary, quien a quienes quisimos irnos, se negó a hacer devolución del dinero, solo ofreciendo pasar las noches restantes en otra fecha que no superara los 2 meses (muy poco tiempo)..no pienso volver allí, prefiero estar segura.

Sugerencia con todo respeto, porque gracias a la excelente atención, esto paso a segundo plano en la estadía. Sugiero realizar algunas modificaciones de remodelacion a los baños y closets.
