Camera claustrofobica, piccola e con una finestra dalla quale entrava pochissa luce. Personale dell’hotel scortese e chiassoso a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. La camera è vicinissima a due bagni, uno affianco e uno di sopra..posso lasciarvi immaginare il via vai continuo ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, odori e rumori molesti. ATTENZIONE: Tutte le camere con bagno in comune non sono dotate di asciugamani!!! Nonostante averlo richiesto al personale al mio arrivo mi è stato negato l’asciugamano (anche pagando!!). ATTENZIONE: per la colazione serve presentare un ticket (che non viene corrisposto dopo il pagamento, ma bisogna andarlo a chiedere in reception ogni mattina). Abbiamo perso più di 45min ad aspettare una colazione che non sarebbe mai arrivata! Il personale è molto scortese e hanno voluto rifare i conti un paio di volte perché pensavano non avessimo pagato la colazione. Se volete andare a Marrakech state alla larga da questo hotel. Che tra l’altro non è un hotel ma un Riad! Pessimo.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Front desk staff was not friendly upon check in. Room was nice and clean. In the morning we realized shower was broke. Front desk ignored us for an hour and thought we just didn’t know how to work it. Eventually we got moved to another room so they could fix the other shower. They were apologetic when they realized it was broke. Location was really good off the main square.

Solo female travel, you'll feel very safe here. No problems, I wasn't followed back. Met great people. This places was more like a hostel then a hotel. If you don't have the exact change for breakfast, you won't get any change back. Finding money is a problem, when I arrived, I had enough money for the day but no change for 3 eur for breakfast. A couple from Portugal ended up paying for me meal. I wish they had proper a/c, because a fan isn't good enough, when you have to close your window due to the never ending music. The washroom and shower are separate. Have breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the city.

For the price and location this property was perfect for our one night stay.

Excelente servicio.

Our room had some weird smell and when my friend went to tell the person in charges, he responded was he never had heard something like that and he never went to the room to smell it or give us something for the smell. We ended putting perfume and leaving the window opened. I also asked for help because I couldn’t watch TV and the person in Charged told me to wait until he’s done with his paperwork, he ended up showing up 20min after.

Staff were really nice and helpful we just didn’t understand the booking system. You have to book extra for private shower/bathroom, air con etc. otherwise you share the bathroom/shower like a hostel, rooms were also very small. This didn’t bother us much though as we didn’t stay long. However just be sure to double check if you are booking private or shared rooms. We were pretty content anyways- only issue was that the bathroom was locked at night so we couldn’t use the toilet 😅
