Cuando iba hacer mi chek in me dijo el joven de la recepción qué no tenía ninguna orden a mi nombre y no me dio la habitación, perdí mi dinero

Ni siquiera me permitió hablar el joven de la recepción, perdí mi dinero

You didnt have a room for me and send me and 2 children into the night at 1am with no where to stay!!!!!!

Night auditor was nice and helpful to the best of his ability Good quick location to and from Cedar Point

Rooms very outdated. Smell of mold and mildew. Mold on walls in bathroom. No cable TV. Heat didnt work, on and off. Could hear people/other guests in other rooms loudly. Smell of marijuana. Outside door you could see the outside from the inside and vice versa.

It was close to cedar point

The staff was unfriendly our toilet was clogged from the beginning and our tv didn’t work

They probably washed the sheets

Booking.com did not let the hotel I was coming. I had to cancel with booking and get a new hotel room with the hotels website. Extreme amout of hair in the bathroom. No wifi. No cable. Dirt microwave.
