沒有特別不滿意的點。雖然離京都車站有點距離，不過只有第一天和最後一天需要用Uber叫計程車幫忙運送行李，其他時候搭公車和電車都不難，我還開著皮克敏走路到伏見稻荷大社，沒有想像中的遠，也更有動力去京都車站以南的景點。

Location was excellent with good connections via bus & train. Facilities provided were more than expected. The bed was very comfortable and hotel was exceptionally clean. Big praise to the staff who were very helpful & always available. Many thanks for the foot massager which was so very required after a long day. Highly recommended for a family stay.

Small, but very good functional room with basic kitchen equipment in a non-touristic part of the city within a walking distance from main train station. Very pleasant was the possibility for complimentary tea and coffee available any time. It was a good experience for the price.

My room windows led to the main street which was noisy all the day late evening, and early morning. Don't forget ear plugs. Some places in the room were dusty and the bathroom would benefit from thorough cleaning as well.
