The young woman that was working when we arrived that evening was very professional and very kind. Giving us directions on checking out and our room. The young man working when we left the next morning was professional and kind telling us to have a great day and enjoy our trip.

The first thing I noticed when we walked into the room was the large beige chair covered in dirty black spots. The floor had crumbs and dirt, and it was obvious the room hadn’t been dusted in a long time — the TV stand and lamps had about an eighth of an inch of dust on them. The curtains even had white paint splatters, clearly from someone painting without bothering to take them down. Our clothes were wrinkled from the long drive, so I was going to iron them, but there was food on the iron. To make matters worse, the mattress was old, lumpy, and extremely uncomfortable. I woke up the next morning with significant back pain. The people above us kept dropping things on the floor, keeping is awake. When people left, this was at 4:00 AM were banging their luggage. Would the managers of the facility like to sit in a chair that is so dirty?
