It was clean and smelled pleasant

The toilet handle was broken upon check in and nobody never came to fix it so we had to lift up the top to flush it everytime we used it

"Helladay Inn Fort Campbell"

I arrived around 9:30 exhausted from 14 hours driving and no staff to check me in for 10 minutes. The wifi was not working as well as the cable TV. There were fans in the hall outside the pool as there had been some sort of small flood. While showering in the morning the light went off in the bathroom for 1-2 minutes. The name Holiday Inn is no longer means a quality experience.

Fell in shower injured my back and rear. Have pictures. Did not complete stay. I ask for refund at property and contacted hotels.com. Still no answer. I will be contacting federal government and register a complaint. This company does not care about disabled people. Awful experience from fall.
