"Враження хороші. Співвідношення ціна-якість цілком задовольняє."

Розташування в центрі. Недалеко "Пузата хата". Поряд зупинки трамвая в обидва боки. Вікна на тиху вулицю, і хоч вигляд з вікна не дуже красивий, та головне, що звуки від транспорту не заважають.

Не вистачає якогось вішака, щоб повісити вологий рушник.
