Very good location at the bottom of the slopes. Very good breakfast and spacious rooms. We liked that heating system was working properly considering the cold temperature outside. Rooms were quite good isolated so we could have a good rest. Balcony was spacious and with a very nice view. Staff was friendly.

Overall hotel would need some refurbishing: relax area was old and not properly maintained. Pool table had some balls missing, ping-pong pads were pretty much deteriorated; The glasses we received in the room were not properly cleaned and furniture was pretty dusty so I would suggest paying more attention to cleaning part.

Doar locația.

Primirea la recepție, lipsa semnal wifi, televizor cu cod si lipsa cod, in prima seara nu am beneficiat de încălzire in cameră. Se plătește doar locația in rest calitate preț nu merită. În rest personalul din restaurant jos pălăria!

Locația aproape de pârtie. Personalul foarte amabil, mâncarea foarte bună.

Nu mi a plăcut: lenjerii pătate, prosoape pătate, wireless nefuncțional nici măcar jos la restaurant. Am stat la etajul 3 cu copil. Nu au lift. Pentru cărucioare, groaznic, nu au uscător de păr, nu încălzitor de apa pentru un lapte praf pentru o cafea, un ceai. Prea scump pentru cât ofera. La baie tot timpul un miros groaznic de hazna. Wc rupt sa cazi cu el. Apa la duș când rece când extrem de fierbinte. S a opărit copilul.

Mizerie în camera. Lenjeria si pernele murdare. Am rugat sa le schimbe. Fire de par în pat. Mocheta rupta. Prosop murdar după mobila. In baie este jalnic. Caldura am avut pana la 12:00. După au oprit-o. Ne-am trezit în frig. Saltelele extrem de moi. Mobila rupta si prinsa cu suruburi. Nu inteleg cum este clasificăt la 3 stele. Nu merita nici 1.
