Stylish and comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Room was on the small side. Parking nearby is difficult.

The breakfast was tastefully presented and they adjusted our breakfast to accommodate our dietary requirements

There should be more protein on offer. For example a couple of hard boiled eggs per person would have been terrific The internet in the old building is not up to todays standards. They moved a router into the lobby outside our room to assist but that should not be necessary. The sink in our room had very little cold water making it difficult to shave. The shower was okay. I have never tasted such salty mains water anywhere in the world. I think this is a Santanyi problem. The tap water in Port de Soller and Palma was at least drinkable even if not the best

Well located property is very clean. Very good breakfast, although it needs to vary it a bit.

A serious problem is that the property has no one to help you with bags and to reach the second floor (which seems higher than usual) you need to be in excellent physical condition. I only recommend it to “athletes”! The parking place is a little far, but I found this a minor and workable problem.

we loved our stay! the hotel is in an excellent location just off the main square, beautifully designed throughout, with a great bed & shower! breakfast was our highlight, a delicious feast every morning :) we didn't end up using the pool, but it looked lovely. cristina and xavier were excellent, giving us plenty of recommendations for the area. we would highly recommend if visiting santanyi or wanting somewhere to use as a base for exploring the beaches & coves on the south east of the island :)

only thing we'd have changed is having a door on the bathroom and maybe slightly better pillows but otherwise the stay was perfect :)

The bath wasn’t clean- had quite baked on soap scum around the rim. There was always alot of noise/loud music in the evenings from the bar downstairs. Didn’t impact our sleep as died down by the time we were going to bed. The Soap/body wash quality can be better for a boutique stay like this- also refreshing them daily would be great as we kept running out- they were amall for two people.
