Naftilos Residences I

Great location, close to Pythagorion town (5 min by car). Private beach in front of the hotel with sunbeds and parasols available for the guests. No service/shop at the beach but there was a beach-cafe at the next-hotel and you can buy food&drinks with hotel-prices. It was an easy and convenient access to enjoy the beach. We stayed at the room for 4 people on the ground floor, with old furniture but clean area. There was an airconditioner malfunction on our first day, but the owner took care of it and it was fixed immediately. The rooms on the first floor looked finer :) but overall we recommend the place for a lovely stay.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach and close to Pythagorio. They provided a number of lounge chairs and they were free for the tenants. Every few days the bedding and towels were changed.

The beds were uncomfortable and the bathrooms were very small. The rooms are not soundproofed and we would hear the upstairs tenants scraping furniture throughout the night

Quiet, lovely location right on a clean beach :) Staff was helpful. Having 2 bathrooms was handy. Only 5 minutes drive to Pythagorio town

Hot water system. No breakfast available nor drinks without driving. Would have loved at least some basic tea/coffee supplied for us to make in the room.

Friendly staff, great location.

Location right on the beach is exceptional. It is a 40 minute walk to main small town but it is mostly a shore-line walk which is most enjoyable. A small shop is 8 minutes walk away. Cleaner came in three times to change towels, bedding and to clean. Everything in great condition. Fully stocked small kitchen area. Host/renter was easily contactable and helpful and friendly,

Location in close to airport however there are so few flights to Samos that noise was never a problem.
