Bed was great other than the stains

Rooms were dirty and the cleaniness was my biggest issue.

Everything, bed was not clean, and smelly room

My family stayed in 3 rooms, each room unkept. My stay was Friday 9-5 thru Sunday 9-7, during which my wife and I were in 3 rooms. Problems: hall carpet stained each floor, elevator wall filthy, cig. burns on bed linen, each room ceilings and bathrooms had black stains on ceiling, shower curtain mildew stained, A.C. extremely noisy, windows stained, old frayed chair in the room, urine stain on side of toilet attempted to be covered up with COMET cleaner. Not once did any desk employee show any concern about having a customer complaining.

When we arrived to our room, the musty smell hit us in the face, then our TV wasn't working, but I had to go to the front desk to report it, as the phone didn't work, either. Parts of the Bed were sticking out of the bottom, which could have caused an accident and I could have been shocked, as I reached up to see why the lamp wasn't working and realized that there was no bulb in it, but it was plugged in. Refigerator freezer was so iced over we had to dig to make room in it, the dryer was missing, and the towel bars were broken. Don't recommend.

Room not clean and ac didn’t work and when I ask for another room I was told no they don’t have none

We had a poor experience overall. The first room had a roach( not sure if it was dead or alive) and the toilet seat was barely attached. The clerk didn’t look phased by our complaint, and gave us another room which had a roach also and mold in the bathroom. We were finally given a room that was acceptable. We’re from out of state, and weren’t sure if this area is considered an area for hotel parties. Will definitely do my homework next time we’re in the area.
