"Een rampzalig begin van een toch al te korte vakan"

Ik heb dit zo negatief in gevuld omdat deze accomodatie gereserveerd was voor ons en ook al betaald en tijdens de heenreis krijg ik een telefoon van een collega die nauwelijks engels sprak en ik maar telkens aan de telefoon moest blijven voor een alternatieve overnachting . Ik heb echt meer dan anderhalf uur aan de telefoon gehangen hier kwamen 2 opties uit 1 voor 1 nacht en de andere voor 2 nachten. Deze bleek de volgende dag ook niet meer beschikbaar te zijn en hebben we zelf een alternatieve lokatie gevonden, dit omdat we maar 3 dagen in het zwartewoud waren en niet 3 dagen kwijt wilden raken met het zoeken naar overnachtings mogelijkheden. Dit krijgt nog een staartje als we terug zijn in Nederland .
