Modern, comfortable and clean hotel. Room was a good size. Customer service perfect. Nice size hotel which is in a fairly quiet location. Five minute walk into the centre, 20mins to beach. Can’t think of a negative.

Customer service was excellent, the room very clean and comfortable, the hotel is modern and well designed. It is on a quiet one way road a few minutes walk from bars etc. The beach is a pleasant 20mins walk.

Breakfast not currently being served but lots of choices in the town centre. Really nice bakery on the walk to the beach - crème croissants etc.

This property and staff, especially Elena, made our trip to Sardinia so wonderful. The room and the hotel overall totally exceed our expectations. It felt like a 4 star hotel and not a 3 star ⭐️. The cleaning was always on spot. The place was new, we had a spacious shower without mold (which is so rare for Italian hotels), the design of the room was super cute, we had a huge balcony, the AC worked perfectly- really nothing to complain about! Moreover Elena, the receptionist/concierge, gave us amazing recommendations everyday- where to eat, to swim, what activities to do. Everything she recommended to us was awesome. Super happy we stayed there 5 nights. The hotel doesn’t have a parking, however there is a big parking nearby with the camera. Ah, and the hotel is located on the parallel street to the Main Street of the town where you can find a lot of entertainment like street artists (dancers, clowns, musicians), theatre, vendors, restaurants, shops. Villasimius is a very pretty place full of life in summer!

Breakfast could be improved in regards of variety and portions size given by the breakfast lady😁

Lovely hotel in great location. Elena at reception was amazing. Super friendly and always willing to help with recommendations on which beaches to go to and helping with transport and any other needs we had. Great sized room with balcony. Breakfast every morning of fresh fruit, pastries, cheese and bread. I would go here again.
