Rooms needed clean bedding and what felt like when you was asleep the bed felt lower at head side than feet.sticky floors stains and marks and walls and curtains. Mold and damp on ceilings. You had a kettle and 2 cups no tea coffee. Bedside draws dirty. Left a day earlier than we wanted

Nothing

Everything! We had no towels in the room to start off with and nothing in the bathroom to wash our hands with. No tea or coffee & the bed sheets had stains on them. The worst part was they had no heating and no hot water, but didn’t think it was important to let me know even though I was arriving with a 7 month old baby and a 5 year old child. They had a man working on the front desk that was very unprofessional and clearly was just stepping in whilst the person that runs the hotel was at BINGO! I complained about the room being freezing cold and asked them when the hot water and heating would be back on, but no one was giving us any updates and they made it very clear they didn’t care about the situation, so at that point I decided to pack my things up and leave. As I handed the keys in and told them I’m leaving the man that was on the front desk decided to laugh and say “well it’s been fixed now” and when I responded with a valid response he then proceeded to continue to be rude and make out that I should be grateful he was trying to help me out. He then decided to stand at the front door and argue with me and my partner as if we were the ones in the wrong. The place is an absolute joke and I would not recommend it to anyone!

Good local for the town pubs and arcades room was basic but really nice bed was comfy shower was hot

It is absolutely disgusting there, bedding was unclean and stained, duvet and pillows were stained, old and disgusting. Couldn't sleep in the bed so slept on top of the covers with towels down, had to cover the pillows in our jumpers, we were all itching and left with obvious bite marks. Left as soon as we woke up 7.30am. Definitely not been cleaned in a while, stinks of weed. Just avoid!!
