"It was the worst"

Location

There was construction in the lobby, there was no floor, the breakfast area was closed with no notice, my door was covered in concrete dust. I booked a double room and got a room with one double bed

"It was horrible. 1st night no hot water"

Location

I was not informed that the hotel was under construction.. no free breakfast. And they tried to charge my card 1hr before i even got there when it stated i was to pay at the property. But they said its policy that they take payment before and they do that to secure your spot because it gets too packed. Then we had to keep getting our key cards reactivated. They said it keeps malfunctioning because we have our phones next to them

"Horrific"

Absolutely nothing it is disgusting.

There was hair all over the beds, a lot of hair, stains on beds, bed sheets, shower, floors. Refrigerator didn't work, the urine smell was horrible, the tarps "construction" people living there. Absolutely horrific and we experienced this with other families, many checked out early, we were there for a dance competition.

"Enjoyable and comfortable"

The staff is great the AGM Stephanie is outstanding. Ryan the overnight guy is fantastic and extremely curtious and helpful. Cat also does nights and overnight is always eager to help. Soso was more than willing to accommodate anyone. And Maddy on the weekends is great. They all go above and beyond.

They were in the middle of remodeling so it was kind of mess at times.
