I have not spend the night in this hotel.

Had to cancel as is it was not possible to check in after 22. I kindly asked owner if its possible to cancel without fee - he forwarded me to booking to proceed with refund. However, he did not confirmed to booking that I did not spend the night here even though he was ok with that (and therefore with the refund). In the end I did not spend the night there and did not get the refund.
