Al Faro Guest House

Location was brilliant. So close to the old town. View was also stunning to the lighthouse and sea . Room was clean. It could so with a little gas kettle instead of boiling water in a sauce pan for a cup of tea. There is a coffee machine in the hallway entrance that you pay 50 cents for but that was broken.

The shower. If your taller than 5ft and wider than a garden gnome you won't fit. Also we asked if the hot water could be fixed. It's either freezing cold or scolding hot. My wife burnt herself in it. I'm a plumber and the califont needs changing as it surges.

A very nice, comfortable & central located guesthouse with a friendly helpful host. Vera was uncomplicated and immediately accessible at all times.

Great view, in the old city, close to the beaches and restaurants. Nice owner, responsive and helpful.

Although the owner was helpful with resolving the issues, during our stay, we were finding broken things. Could be easily mitigated by inspecting the apartment before our arrival. There's a construction across the street. Be ready to be woken up at 5-6 am. There's no oven, washine machine or iron in the apartment, no change of towels or cleaning within 7 days, noisy gas heater on the balcony.

This is such a lovely little apartment with a great view of the lighthouse. It's really bright and airy with a nice little balcony to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning or a sundowner in the evening! The location is great for the old town and only a 10min walk to the harbour. We would definitely stay here again.

The show was a little bit small but had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Great location and very good value

If we could rate apartment higher it should be 100/10!!! Perfect location close to the city centre but you feel like you are a bit next to it. If you are driving a car Vera definitely help you with friends car park which cost 18€/2 day. It is 10 minutes from the apartment but you can walk an amazing boulevard. Also you can drive through the apartment to leave the luggage. Next to the apartment there is an amazing rock cliff try to drink vine here and make pleasure of Vieste view! From the apartment you have an amazing view to the lantern. For us only 2 days in Vieste is not enough so we definitely go back here. This is the best city we have currently have been.
