Originally I liked its location in reference to the airport

Elevators were broken. Then shortly after check in power went off and we ended up With no light / no heat / no included breakfast . Life happens but the hotel took no steps to remedy the inconvenience, we were in town for the wedding and had to search ways to get ready outside of facilities a cost to us. Hotel made no reimbursements - not even a reasonable one when I addressed the issue… as a matter of fact it would go a long way if they said they understood the upset it caused. Nothing. No level of competence. It’s my first ever dissatisfaction review and for a valid reason. I didn’t ask for a full refund, but even small percentage off or a respectful reply would go a distance. I waited a week to write this review and allow the hotel to reach out - NOTHING.
