Customer service was horrible. Rooms nasty, dirty and unkept. Real ghetto hotel. Expedia, kindly do your own visit to this "hotel" as your reputation is now questionable. I wouldnt return not even for FREE

The bed was comfortable. Came to check in at 3pm was there 30 mins before and there was no one at thw desk until 330pm. Got to the room and there was no toilet paper room was smelling very moldy and it was also dusty. The hallways were dirty as well. Welcome area dirty floors, bathroom dirty. Ladies always outside on sigarete break. Is like no one is following up with keeping the place presentable or clean. Its like its their home or backyard. Nobody comes take out garbage from the room during a 3 night stay. They took electricity and there was no back up generator. The wifi drops every 30 mins at least. If the people who you put as the face of your hotel do better, the experience will be way better
