When we checked in and but into our room, I noticed there were no towels in the bathroom. We had been at the beach all day and wanted to shower right away. When I asked the staff member for towels she said they were all in the dryer and we couldn't get towels until the dryer was done. Are you kidding me? There's not a single set of towels available in the entire hotel? Then when we finally did get towels and take showers, I noticed that it looked like the shower had not even been cleaned at all as there was hair and sand on the floor of the shower. The shower was also broken and I had to hold the shower head the entire time. The only saving grace about this place was that it was in walking distance of an incredibly awesome hangout spot/ restaurant called Fat Tony's. If you are in the area you have to check it out! Great food, great drink prices, live music, great vibe! We even skipped out on the free hotel breakfast to head to Fat Tony's for $5 breakfast burritos and they were delicious! Impressive Bloody Marys as well!

The staff here are so helpful. If you need anything just ask them. Expect your normal island inconveniences, and you will not be disappointed,. It was a wonderful stay

The place is quite clean and nice

I wrote Adonis directly 2 days ago before writing this review to rectify our situation. I still have not heard back so here goes: There was not even basic hotel items in the room. Not a glass to brush your teeth with. Adonis said they no longer provide them. There were no hand towels or wash clothes in the room. I was told only 2 bath towels should be in the room. There was no soap in either the dispenser in the shower or the one at the sink. I was told there was no refills for the dispensers at this time. The shower door wouldn't close all the way and there was a gap between the wall and the side of the shower. It leaked and completely saturated the shower mat and left standing water all over the floor. We went to get another bath mat and towels and were told there were none until their laundry finished. We couldn't get another box of kleenex because there was none. The room wasn't cleaned the 3 days we were there and the wet towels were in our room the entire time. Breakfast items were brought out at various times. I'm guessing this was so guests couldn't eat too much. What was brought out was never refilled once used up. We could have bought $10 worth of food at the grocery store next door and eaten better. The worst thing was that the power went out. I was stuck in the very hot elevator for an hour because they do not have a generator and no one knew how to get me out. They had to call someone to get me out of the elevator. And yet, they have not responded to me

I booked this place for a night only because I missed my flight and I hated the place because it was dirty and the bathroom and room was flooded every time my friend and I showered. The kitchen and spaces were dirty when we went to eat and we were grossed out

They were nasty. I paid for breakfast and they said they would refund it but then they said they couldn’t because it was a third-party Expedia. The breakfast was garbage and it was a rip off for $30. The room was dirty and the TV stayed on all night we couldn’t shut it off. They took the remote to fix it and never brought it back. It was a horrible place and they were extremely rude. I should get a refund

I checked in and then checked out. The air conditioner was not working, the television had 2 channels and the room had no refrigerator and was claustrophobic. No issue with cleanliness.

We checked in the hotel, it was nothing as described on this website. Starting with the room - AC, Phone and TV were not working. AC was not fixed for 5 days. Crib came late in the evening, even upon mentioning in advance. While talking to the manager, she abruptly disconnected the call and refused to help. her exact words - this is transit hotel, why would you come here on vacation ? The towels were not replaced daily, bedsheets not changed. They also missed sweeping the floor, rendering it untidy for the day. Lizard kept roaming around on the walls of the room. The staff, some of them, were willing to help. But the manager refused to co-operate, and some staff was obviously following the manager's instructions. Worst place. I would not recommend for anyone, anytime.
