La Casa Gialla

The location is perfect! It’s very close to Corso umberto but not right on it meaning it’s very quiet. There’s a convenience store 2 mins away that’s well stocked. The view is phenomenal with the sun rising over the sea. Good water pressure in the shower. There’s a washer! The beds were comfortable.

The street doesn’t exactly have a sidewalk and we had a baby + stroller so it was a little nerve wracking at times because some cars drive fast but there are lots of people walking so I guess the cars are just used to it. The showers are very cramped but do the job.

Good proximity to old town. View from balcony. Owner very welcoming, provided suggestions about where to eat and go. Nice to have parking available at accommodation.

Kitchen very small for a 3 bedroom apartment.

The apartment was perfect to accommodate our family of 5. The place was clean, our host was wonderful, and we were grateful for the paid parking spot on premises. It is walking distance to the town, historical sights, and cable cars to the close by beaches. We are looking forward to coming back as we love charming town of Taormina.
