廚房很nice，可以跟客廳的大家互動。位置也很方便，走一小段路就可以到大街，到處都有便利商店跟販賣機。雖然住宿沒有附設停車場，但走路大概五分鐘就有一個付費停車場了。

電梯內有一股潮濕的味道。

1.入住程序複雜，上網填資料時只能填代表者資料，變成到現場花費很多時間填資料，而且一樓又熱又悶 2.清潔程度不佳，餐盤上都還有飯粒，室內灰塵很多 3.備品不足，只提供餐盤卻沒有碗
