1.一樓有公用冷熱水可飲用，不用擔心瓶裝水有怪味或製造垃圾。 2.民宿一樓可停一台車。街角轉彎不遠處也有提供停車場，不用擔心愛車淋濕。 3.整體空間如房間、用餐區、甚至樓梯都比當地同類型民宿還要寬敞，設備相對新穎乾淨。 4.管家相當親切。說明仔細但也不會讓人有壓力。 5.是否考慮感應式照明燈，老人或小孩夜起如廁時會比較方便。
