Air conditioner too loud/couldn’t sleep well

I liked that the breakfast schedule was more flexible/extended than other hotels. They only took 50 dls as a holding deposit vs others hotels that take 200 dls and then have to wait 3/4 weeks for the deposit to be returned.

There was only one elevator working. It would have been nice to have less time waiting for it to come up or down. There could be more light in the rooms. Not enough light at night time.

Cozy friendly hotel, good location, walking distance to food and shops, safe environment. my family love it.

Just wish breakfast has more variety

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a power outage one night and they kept their cool and provided information. Location was very good for us, easy parking, easy access and everything was very clean.

Breakfast had only a few healthy options. Buffet platters/urns were often empty. Very crowded our first day with no seating options. Other days were fine, but sometimes only the high top tables were available...we are in our late 70's and this type of seating is uncomfortable and can be dangerous.
