I’ve stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Wixom Novi for two nights almost every month over the past 1.5 years, and it’s become my absolute go-to spot whenever work brings me to the area. The location is fantastic—easy access right off I-96, which makes coming and going a breeze. It’s also conveniently close to several good restaurants and a nice gas station for quick stops. The hotel itself is always very clean and has a fresh, pleasant smell in both the lobby and the rooms. The modern style looks sharp and up-to-date, and everything feels well-maintained. The breakfast is solid with good variety and quality—always a nice way to start the day. The workout facilities are a bonus too, especially for longer stays. What really stands out is the customer service. The team is great overall, but Sherita at the front desk is exceptional—she’s always super friendly, helpful, and genuinely makes sure my stay is pleasant. She remembers regulars and goes out of her way to make things smooth. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the Wixom/Novi area. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Whenever in town for business, I always stay at this location. Super clean, friendly staff, breakfast is always hot, beds are comfy. Sherita was at the front and she was super smiley, friendly and engaging. Would recommend to anyone to stay at this location and will continue to come back.
