Bed bug very dirty staff rude don’t speak English well

We didnt stay once we walked in there were drunks everywhere and thebwhole place snelled like pot. It was extremely noises and the room was filthy. I wouldnt even set my bag down. We turned around and walked out and slept in our car. I want my money back.

Nothing the room was dirty. Only a quarter room of toilet paper. Then I had to pay $1 cash for a new roll. No phone in the room .no ice .no breakfast. Nothing was free.. homeless people hanging out in the entryway. The hallways smelled like pot. All day and night, everyday.front desk was rude. Someone hit my car and smashed in the back bumper. I didn't even want to stay there. But I did.

The side parking is dangerous. There was 3 vehicles with flat tires. Never seen them get moved or touched.

It was the only one I could afford at the the time so I know it wasn't gonna be a five star hotel but there was Nothing I liked about it

The refrigerator didn't work , there were cockroaches!!! On the walls and IN THE MICROWAVE, holes in the walls, smelled like dirty dog and cigars everywhere, the owners were EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE , charged for more toilet paper charged me extra deposit because I booked online to save money horrible

Large parking lot.

Burn marks on the carpet, Big clump of human hair in the bathroom. Room.had a cookstove and the top elements where missing. Extremely dated needs a complete refurbishmen
