The staff was rude. They refused to give me towls and told me that I had to get them before 3. They accused us of smoking but would not come in the room to see.we.werent . Then took my deposit that was in cash and then threatened to put us out and then change my card 250. The elevator is a death trap The policy is no pets allowed but several people had their dogs The ice makers are fithy and nasty. They should not be used. People smole.weed alllllll day long and it smells bunk.

The floor was dirty and I actually stepped on a piece of GLASS when I woke up in the morning. The chunk was stuck in the heel of my foot and resulted of having to clean up blood off of the floor.
Check in was easy, room was clean, bed was comfortable.

BRHey ... This is the worst relationship between guest and hotel ... Because the woke me up because they said that I was disturbing... a room next door guest and they would retrieve my 100$ deposit damage( in cash) but was just the TV in the 6:00 am jornal with 15 grade TV Volume.... so after that 20 minutes After the front desk lady bother me... I made the check out ... and then she said that is not deposit 100$ , for me. and I suspect strange, and then she showned me a signature in the form deposit check diferent from mine ... and she said that was the other front desk person said " we already gave your deposit" I said what ... this is only in the check out retrieve back... and I am just doing now... so she called the hotel owner or manager I dont know. And I have to prove my signature, this was very embassing and frusted, because somebody got my paper work and sign diferent than me and I had to prove... myself during the checking out... sounds strange because since the 5:00 Am I ve heard that I was disturbing the guest next door ... I left without morning shower, shaved me just to avoid the noise... and then I saw somebodyelse in the reception got my cash.... this situation it is horrible because The front desk lady in the night was thinking to call the police about the noise... and said she will not return my deposit... and i discovered that somebodyelse, sign diferent the paperwork about the deposit in cash .... In the end they saw that was not me signed and then give any 100$ in cash... but no excuse or apologizes for that gave me for disturb my sleep and the misunderstand..
