Super lokalizacja blisko do plaży górka do zjeżdzania na sankach na osiedlu teren ogrodzony i bardzo bezpieczny .Bardzo dobry kontakt z zarządca lokal wyposażony na wysokim poziomie przestronny i komfortowy .Sto metrów od osiedla restauracja całoroczna z Bardzo dobrym jedzeniem.

Cena nie zawiera opłaty klimatycznej. Nie ma żadnego wieszaka na kurtki. Zimową porą to było uciążliwe bo nie było miejsca w którym mogły sobie schnąć.

Duży i wygodny. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Genialne filiżanki do kawy/herbaty.

Niedociągnięcia w czystości. Niby drobne, ale rażą. Woda w ekspresie do kawy stała chyba dobre kilka tygodni. Słuchawka prysznica wymaga wyszorowania albo wymiany. Sypialna nie odkurzona.

Ogólnie kontakt utrudniony, ani personel ani ogólna obsługa nie jest skora do współpracy, podpisywanie jakichś dziwnych umów o wynajem, jakby człowiek miał tam mieszkać nie wiadomo jak długo, dla krótkiego i prostego pobytu więcej papierologii niż do wynajmu lub zakupu domu na własność. Niejasne zasady, inne przedstawione na Booking a inne w przesłanym później linku. Zdecydowanie nie polecamy. Są na Booking lepsze lokalizacje i bardziej "Customer Friendly" niż akurat ta.

"Udany pobyt"

Osiedle zamknięte, ale są klucze do furtek. Parking dodatkowo płatny. Apartament czysty. Trzeba było się przyzwyczaić, że ktoś chodzi klatką schodową zewnętrzną i zapalają się światła oświetlające trochę sypialnie pomono żaluzji. My byliśmy wy wrześniu, ale na lato pełne wyposażenie na plażę- wózek do transportu rzeczy, parawany. Ogólnie udany pobyt - polecam.
