Camelot Court Motel

The staff is friendly and inviting. Due to the current economic downturn and public health concerns, I believe they are doing the best they can with what resources are available to them.

We checked in around 5 pm and checked out about 4 hours later as we were fortunate to get the last room in another hotel. Immediately when we entered the room the smell hit us, it smelled like stale urine. I always check mattresses for bed bugs. The mattresses had a cover that covered the top of the mattress only. The mattress was dirty with stains and hair. One of the pillow cases had a black hair on it. The bathroom counter had a white film on it- it looked like it could be scoured with a cleaning pad to get clean. When we checked out and explained it was due to the cleanliness of the room- especially in COVID times I was not given any refund- full nor partial. The other hotel we checked into, Gramma's Inn was the same price point, had full WHITE mattress covers, smelt like carpet cleaner and was very clean. I would not recommend the Camelot to anyone.

Very Old, outdated, hairs all over the bathroom, improper locking mechanism on inside of door, front desk not available through the night

Staff was very friendly. The room however is horrible, dirty, pillow cases were yellow and run down. Entire outside area reeked of weed being smoked by guests.

Location was great. Unit was nicely setup but really showed its age - older paint, sink etc. Decent for one night’s stay but I would not choose to stay for multiple nights.

Couldn’t use the he pool

The attached restaurant had great service and great food. The pool was closed. The lobby smelled really,really bad of dog but the lady who checked us in was friendly. The rooms need a makeover. All in all it was a place to sleep but needs renovating.

The TV very poor quality no air-conditioning the beds are well worn could be replaced other than that it was all right I just don’t understand how I got on expedia.ca usually they have a great great hotel rooms lesson was out of 10 I give it a 3 thanks

Was nice and quiet,clean

I don’t like the parking as you just have to find your own spot and if none is available then you have to walk far away from your room packing all your suitcases and things.
