We liked where this hotel was located, however our room didn’t seem overly clean, we didn’t have any towels, the lady at the desk didn’t seem happy to be at work or wanting to help. It stated it was non smoking as well but the hallways smelt like smoke the whole time.

"Worst hotel in Knoxville "

1 of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Very unclean. The entire hotel (front lobby, hallways, room, etc) reeked of cigarette smoke. Cigarette butts in the hallway, on the stairs. Room was very dirty. Highly recommend NOT staying here! Advertised photos online are not accurate at all. There was no complementary breakfast or coffee available like the description says. Just a terrible hotel in general. Avoid at all costs!

"Functional for what I needed"

I arrived very early morning and the clerk was very helpful. The room was well maintained but lacked towels which I didn’t realize till I was getting ready to depart.

It was a great stay everything was clean and nice... Staff we're very nice and helpful... They only think I didn't like. They had no coffee or coffee machines. But everything else was wonderful
