"Needs more attention to detail."

When i first walked into the room it had a very strong smoke smell. I did pay for a smoking room but at least put an air freshener in there. I turned on the bathroom light and saw a cockroach crawling around. Then when I went to the bed and started looking there was womens hairs all over the pillows and sheets. Did a maid take a nap on the bed after she made it? There was also no ashtray for a smoking room. I could have got a non smoking and just stood outside the doorway.

"Nice hotel"

So glad I didn't listen to some of the reviews regarding this hotel. I had a lovely experience! It was convenient, clean and cozy. I felt safe and I slept like a baby. The breakfast was delicious. lots of options and the make-your-own-waffles hit the spot! Thanks for a great experience!
