La valoración es nefasta, porque a unos kilómetros de llegar a Oporto, y al revisar mi mujer los últimos datos en el correo, aparece que han cancelado la reserva "motu proprio". Les llamamos con urgencia y nos empiezan a contar que no está disponible. Tras insistir que no eran formas de comunicarlo, que habíamos recorrido más de 600 kms sin saber nada, que hacía unas 3 horas que habíamos realizado el check-in online y que habíamos tenido dificultades, pero que lo supimos subsanar... eso sí, conectando también con ellos, nos encontramos con que nos informan después de este registro y nuestra interacción. Nos comentan que ha sido a última hora, con un tema de agua. Pero el asombro fue que no se nos dijo nada cuando sobre las 11:00 interaccionamos con ellos, sino una hora después... y porque revisamos el correo. Ninguna llamada, solamente un mensaje de whatsapp que revisé después, al llegar a Oporto. Un desastre de gestión y una justificación poco clara y sospechosa... especialmente cuando sabían que viajábamos con 2 niños pequeños
