The cold refrigerator

Ended up with Bed bugs!!! Bugs in the towel fibers Broken toilet wouldn’t flush Super loud cooling unit couldn’t sleep Shower head only drizzled small amt of water Electrical outlet by bed didn’t work for charging phone Pillows had sharp feathers coming out ! Tv remote didn’t match tv and the channels were awful NO soap in bathroom! NO Sanitizer in hall by elevators All of this for $250 a night! I stay in a lot of hotels this was outrageously bad. Staff didn’t seem to care much.

Location, clean and room location

Bathtub was slippery, bathroom floor slippery, sink was barely draining, and hand and body wash bottle were empty, insufficient towels for two in bathroom. Coffee make is too big for counter pace and cord too short to move it anywhere else.. No one drinks decaf and two regular coffee k cups are not adequate .
