"I would stay there again and probably will on my next trip to Phoenix."

Nice and quiet. Good breakfast.

We had a little problem with my reservation. I had confirmation for four nights but their system only had me down for three. And it took three days to clear up the confusion. I had sent several messages to booking.com about the problem and never received a response which was disappointing. Finally, one lady behind the counter took my confirmation printout and called someone and got it straightened out. All's good.

The breakfast was adequate and comparable to others. The staff was excellant and the room was clean. My only complaint wqs the carpeting both in thw room and throughout the hotel: elevator, hallways. The carpeting was very dirty and stained. Gross. It needs replacing and at the very least, a deep cleaning/shampooing.

The rooms were so clean, they looked brand new. This hotel had everything we needed. It was close to Chase Field. They had complimentary breakfast in the morning. The beds and pillows were comfortable for a good nights sleep. The staff was also so kind.
