1. We were initially assigned a room on the basement level (-1). Despite the high price we paid (€1,350 for 4 nights, from 13–17 June), the staff were reluctant to offer us a better room. Eventually, they agreed to provide an alternative only after charging an additional fee. Furthermore, when making the reservation through Booking.com, there was no indication that rooms of this category could be located on the basement level. Had this information been clearly disclosed, we would never have booked this room type. 2. The breakfast was very basic and did not meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. 3. The room was quite small and narrow, with a very small window. In addition, the temperature control was problematic, as the heating/air-conditioning system appeared to be fixed at 20°C and could not be adjusted. Overall, we found the hotel to be significantly overpriced for what was offered. The facilities, room quality, and overall service did not reflect the standards one would expect from a 4-star hotel. In our view, the overall experience did not justify the amount paid.

Excellent room and location.

I was going to a concert that evening, Yotel was ideally placed within easy walking distance of the venue. Clean and comfortable room, quiet and there was a blackout blind for the window. Breakfast was adequate, with good coffee.

There was nowhere to park for more than 4 hours nearby , I went to an NCP car park at Castle Terrace, £38 for an overnight stay. There’s then a 15 minute walk to the hotel.

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ μετριο για τα χρήματα που δώσαμε. Σας έχω στείλει επιστολή για την κακή εμπειρία μας αλλά δεν μου έχετε απαντήσει δυστυχώς. Οπως σας εγραψα με κόστος 330 ευρω την ημέρα μας εβαλα στο υπόγειο και μετά από πολύ φασαρία και επιπλέον κόστος μας αλλαξαν δωμάτιο. Δεν μου έχετε απαντήσει για τα παραπάνω και δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί μου στέλνετε μονο αυτόματες ερωτήσεις.
