The kitchen amenities were a bit strange. Could have used more than one wine glass for example. Other than that, it was great.

Location was great with a nice terrace, would do well with some outwear to sit comfortably outside. And perfect location

The property was easy to find and in a great location. Close to all the special features of Reykjavik. Although small for 4 of us, we were out and about most days exploring so the space was plenty for us to rest, eat, wash and change between adventures. The oven and stove were perfect for preparing small meals, there was a coffee machine with pods available and a kettle for tea. Even cups, plates and bowls. Plenty of storage for us to unpack. Comfy beds and warm apartment. The hosts were very responsive to messages - only small bins inside the property but when asked I was directed to the bigger bins outside. We also had an issue with the keypad entry to the property but someone came to us with an actual key to save us having any further problems.

I would suggest a little dust pan and brush would have been ideal to sweep the floors as after a week they became quite crumby. Also, the advertised secure parking is not a parking lot however, parking was never an issue on the streets around - the Parka app is recommended and also very easy to use if you have hired a car.

The accommodation was in a great location, within walking distance of the shop and Reykjavik city centre. We were travelling in a group of four, so one couple slept on a sofa bed. The bedroom is separated by a sliding door, as is the bathroom.

If you are unlucky like us and your stay is rained out, there is nowhere to dry your laundry. The heating is underfloor but it is hard to dry your clothes. We also missed a broom to clean up the mess on the floor. But it is not meant that we did not like something.
