A pesar de tener reservación confirmada, con correo y mensajes a través de Booking. Al llegar no había nada. Tuvimos que ir a un hotel cercano. Las opciones que nos dieron (quedarnos en un alojamiento en otro sector) no fueron buenas. Solo disculpas y después en la cancelación que ellos mismos hicieron, dicen que no nos presentamos al alojamiento. Impresentable.

La ubicación y atención del personal.

La habitación, demasiado pequeña y ni siquiera tenía un closet o comoda para dejar la ropa. El baño amplio pero la challa de la ducha con falla, la tapa del inodoro quebrada y la taza con sarro. La ventilación mala, tuvimos que pedir un ventilador para soportar el calor. El desayuno malisimo, nada de continental, el agua para el café fría.
