For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. Tudo muito limpo, cheiroso, funcionários bastante atencioso e cortes!! O melhor black out que já vi, e olhe que são 30 anos viajando e me hospedando em hotéis no mundo todo!!

Hotel bem novo, bonito. Funcionários atenciosos. Bom café da manhã. Cama muito confortável e chuveiro bom. Fica próximo a shopping center e diversas lojas.

Tudo limpo e organizado, localizado estratégica para quem gosta de curtir a região do Norte da Ilha, muito conforto, piscina aquecida simplesmente maravilhosa e com uma vista linda do pôr do sol! Super recomendo!

Talvez no café da manhã, pelo menos nos finais de semana, poderiam colocar uma torta, um doce mais elaborado, mas fora isso estava bê gostoso

Cafe da manhã ok, nada demais. Poderia ser muito melhor pelo preço pago.

Atendimento foi horrível na chegada / checkin, precisam melhorar muito isso. Além de que nos alocaram num quarto que é especial para PNE, pedimos para trocar e só foi possível a noite. Sendo que havíamos reservado com bastante antecedencia.
