A pleasant place. Clean and comfortable facilities, there's always someone in the reception to help with whatever you need. Good air conditioning. Great for solo travelers who want to meet good people and like to socialize.

No curtains in the beds so make sure to bring some sheet to hang if you need privacy. Also no blankets, only a thin sheet. And you need to bring your own lock for the locker (big locker with enough room for a suitcase+a backpack)

We stayed there for a week not one night!! There are better places next door or close by

The manager contacted me & wife that stayed there for a week ( not 1!) that the money notes she gave him were not good!! He made her stay a disaster thinking she did something wrong or bad!! There are red ants that bite Stay at your own risk

Waypoint Hostel is a beautiful place to stay. The common area is so lovely, bright, welcoming, and a great place to relax with lots of entertainment available to stay busy and very social and calming. The bathrooms and showers were super too — super clean and well-maintained. The overall vibe of the hostel is really friendly and chilled, which made our stay so enjoyable. A special thank you to Roshain at reception — he was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. When our transfer to the airport cancelled last minute, he went out of his way to help us find an alternative so we could make our flight. That kind of support made a big difference when we were very stressed, and we’re really grateful.

El aire acondicionado se valoraba mucho,la cama bastante grande y cómoda y la ubicación era muy buena, con bares restaurante y todo cerca.

Mala relación calidad-precio. La habitación es pequeña y completa pero faltaban cosas para el precio que tiene: como por ejemplo un servicio de limpieza diario, desayuno, agua caliente...

Precio calidad está súper bien. Ubicación excelente y personal super amigable. Buen ambiente. Aire acondicionado super bien

Ich hatte einen extremen Fall von food-poisening und es wurde sich unglaublich lieb um mich gekümmert. Ich wurde ins Krankenhaus gefahren + abgeholt und es wurde für mich übersetzt und nachträglich noch ein paar Sachen vorbei gebracht, wie auch trinken und essen. Als ich mich danach mit einem Trinkgeld dafür bedanken wollte, wurde dieses abgelehnt. Da ich alleine am Reisen war, war ich einfach so unendlich dankbar für die Hilfe. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen...ein super gemütlichen Hostel und die Betreiber/Mitarbeiter alle unendlich nett.

white towels aren’t white, laundry hanging outside of rooms looks chaotic. leftover stuff from people who have already left are still in the room/showers. showers locks have to be fixed. saw a roach
