De prachtige vakantie woning lag in een paradijselijke tuin. De eigenaren waren behulpzaam en super vriendelijk. Van daaruit heb je diverse mogelijkheden om de prachtige omgeving van Perugia en Assisi en het trasimenomeer te verkennen, zelfs voor de fiets zijn er prachtige fietspaden en een prachtige wandeling behoort ook ook zeker tot de mogelijkheden. Bovendien hebben de accomodaties een prachtig zwembad en gratis parkeergelegenheid en tegen extra betaling is er airco beschikbaar.

Het enige minpuntje is dat de locatie aan een snelweg ligt en dat je de snelweg wel hoort buiten het huisje. Binnen in het huisje heb je nauwelijks tot geen last van geluiden.

Excellent customer service. They stayed connected even though we checked in late. I would come back and plan to stay longer as the grounds have a beautiful pool and garden.

This location is absolutely stunning! We were so comfortable here. Our only regret is staying just one night! The host was wonderful and so kind to our family!

Excellent location, we arrived very late close to midnight and had an issue with the WiFi, owner was amazing she came and fixed it immediately and was so nice.

The setting , architecture, and views were beautiful. The owner was so friendly and accommodating

Unfortunately our apartment is located on the freeway side of the property. So some road noise.

We did not get the apartment we booked online. They wanted to charge us extra money to get that apartment.

Situata in posto strategico per le bellezze umbre di Spello, Assisi, Perugia, per citarne solo alcune, la struttura rustica è decisamente accogliente e caratteristica. Unico neo la superstrada che passa a fianco, rumorosa se si vuole godere degli ottImi ed ampi spazi esterni. Gli appartamenti risultano ottimamente isolati. Colazione internazionale molto varia ed abbondante sui dolci. Personale disponibilissimo e decisamente cordiale

breakfast is great, simple but delicious and cakes are homemade so you cannot wish for a better taste. The location is stunning, very big swimming pool where my children spent most of the time, a huge green area that is also very helpful when you have small children but also can be used by customers to relax. The owner are very nice and they helped us with everything we needed, from issues with the apartment to advice for places to visit around the area. Very nice experience for the all family. 100% recommended

The only downside was the use of air conditioning. Unfortunately the owner does not allow you to have the remote control of the air conditioning so you decide the temperature and the level of the fan and they set it up for you. I have to say that the owner was very nice because he was always willing to come and change it if you ask for it but it is not ideal because during the day you need a different temperature than during the night so we struggle a little bit to have a proper sleep but it was the only thing I can mention otherwise everything was perfect
