Comfortable, clean and quiet hotel. Everything as expected from the other reviews. Friendly and efficient check in.

A very enjoyable stay at this delightful hotel. Although we were early for the check in time we were greeted warmly and were offered to wait whilst our room was being prepared. When we went into the room, the view across the bay was stunning, with evan a pair of binoculars which is a thoughtful touch. The room was spotless and very comfortable The 1 minor issue with the room was the size of the shower, which was somewhat restrictive. Overall would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Lovely warm welcome. Well presented hotel with a nice spotlessly clean single room with a quality ensuite and great value for money.

Only problen is the need i d. Luckily i had a man u membership card on me aswell as a bankcard or this could of been a big problem as booked on way to the resort and once booked thats that. Dont want to be running around at 8pm looking for somewhere else due to stupid reasons. Ive stayed in 40 other accom this yr amd never had this problem and would of required the room had i not had i d. Everything else is perfect thanks to mark the owner. And gets 5 stars. But i will emphasise that if people who dont know they need i d get turned away like myself i didnt know about the i d thing till the last minute then other accom needs to be found at the same price. Taking someones bank details for damages is a good idea but u cant turn pple away who dont know they require i d. I way 70 miles away from home when i found out

This hotel is great and provides exceptional service. The room was large, very clean with fantastic views of the bay. The owner was welcoming and helpful. Great value for money.

Perfect location right on the sea front and close to the train station and town centre. On arrival I had an incredibly friendly greeting with plenty of help avaliable if required. The room itself was very clean and tidy, with everything I needed avaliable. Would deffinatly recommend staying at this hotel!

Beautiful hotel on the front slightly away from the main centre. I found it easy to park and it was so quiet. Spotlessly clean and fitted the bill for me as a single traveller.

Everything was new, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, friendly and pleasant owner, lovely comfy king size bed, nice and quiet, right on the front and we even managed to park virtually outside for free - there wasn't any thing not to like! I know where to stay next time we are in Morecambe.
