Very clean room and polite friendly staff

Convenient place to stay along I-24

The room we stayed in had a jacuzzi tub, which was the main reason we booked it. The tub itself had paint chipping off of it, the cold water knob leaked, the faucet moved a lot, and the jets worked about half the time.

I had to ask for clean towels. Housekeeping each day was not standard. I was charged four times for my room. I had $132.00 in overdraft charges from these four charges. Two of those charges happened two days after we checked out. I don't u nderstand your system but I won't stay there again without making sure when I'm charged and that I'm not charged again. You need to fix this. Poor management.

This was quite nice and the staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

The pool was not opened and there was no coffee maker in the room plus it had bugs in the room

Nice place, accommodates people who are pulling a boat.
