"Things to pay attention"

4.0

When I booked the room I wasn't aware that the room is without VAT (and I check the small letters), and didn't get any notification nor email about this, only about the covid-19. Also, the room was extremely small for 4 persons and we had to leave part of our personal stuff outside.

" Dream vacation in the north"

10.0

It was my first time bringing friends to this wonderful place. The service at reception, the view, the rooms, the cleanliness, and the food in the baskets was Just adorable and delicious. It was decided by all 8 members that the upcoming vacation was done at Kibbutz "Mizra". !!!! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Judith and Zakhi 0522740702

"Clean and comfortable with a taste of kibbutz life"

6.0

We have mixed feelings about our stay. A great Kibbutz experience and the staff tried hard in their own way. The room was clean with a stylish decor and pool area was the key reason we choose to stay here. However, the accommodation is no substitute for a hotel. The superior room we booked was small and felt more standard (would not liked to have been in a standard room). Service not up to international levels. The pool was shut half way through our stay as seemingly end of the pool season at Kibbutz (although still 30 degrees the day after it shut) but we weren’t told this would happen during our stay. Apparently Israeli’s know pools shut after succot but we didn’t! The staff said they run the accommodation separate to the Kibbutz so couldn’t do anything. After a day without the pool they agreed to re-open the pool if we paid 600 ILS per day to cover the lifeguard / insurance. The joke is on the first day the lifeguard spent most of the time with his back to our kids cooking a BBQ for staff and there was a sign by the pool saying kids must be under adult supervision as no lifeguard on duty. We also had to remind the staff for the room to be serviced on most days (didn’t do it on the Israeli holidays). We actually enjoyed the authentic kibbutz experience but choice was limited. We also never did find the separate seating area advertised on Hotels.com. Despite the limitations, the kibbutz setting was brilliant and we loved the laid back feel to the place.
