Konkolville Motel

Great location, very clean and comfortable!

Beds were awesome and the room was super spacious! Big enough mini frig. And the cost was just right.

Door is access is to outside...I like hotels that door is inside but it was still a good place c e to stay. Little stuffy at first but it was ok coming morning time.

I liked the hot tub.

We booked two rooms for the weekend at this location. The first room was fine but the second room was like stepping into the past with the pattered carpet and cheap decor. It just looked dirty. The front desk attendant also came banging on our door at 830pm to tell us that we were being too loud. There was no warning or phone call first, he just came banging on the door and when we opened it , he realized we were just sitting there harmlessly playing cards and quickly changed his approach. Very rude and it really ruined our evening. Not too mention the ice machine was broken and breakfast is only 7-9 am. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

We travelled with working dogs. Owner agreed to wave one night of "pet" fee. Breakfast was served individually. Not a huge choice but plenty enough! Quiet at night in spite of all the dogs, staying. Good parking spaces, easy access to lower rooms. Staff always around and working!

Not good for access at second floor if you need an elevator. Not negative, just a little outside of downtown. TV didn't work properly, but had not need for it.
