Positiv: Tolles Design, sehr bequemes Bett, leckeres Premium Frühstück. Negativ: kein Kleiderschrank, fehlende Privatsphäre im Bad, Water World Levi hat keinerlei Ruhebereich.

Nice room. Very bad service and information

Very poor communication and service.. I asked for a vegetarian option twice on booking, and there was none at the buffet, which cost euro72. I got a refund after complaining. Having been announced as a Gala Xmas dinner, we and everyone were presented with a normal standard buffet despite being charged 5x72 euros for our party. It took 90 minutes to get 4 pizzas in the hotel pizzeria despite being 2nd in the queue at opening time.. only 2 staff members were available .. terrible for both staff and clients . We went out to eat thereafter at every opportunity. Old sock found under settee in the suite day room.. not cleaned since the last guest presumably.. Wouldn't recommend anyone pay for a premium suite and expect commensurate service.. Seems to be a money-making machine for the owners without considering the staffing issues..

Room was in good condition, team were very responsive and polite. The public areas could do with a refresh. The lobby needs some love as does the Porte Cochre

Very good hotel with very nice and polite staff.

To reach the SPA you have to go outside the building.

Huone oli oikein mukava ja viihtyisä ja parvi toi lisää tilaa majoitukseen. Hienot kylpytakit ja tohvelit odotti jokaista yöpyjää. Kylpyläänkin pääsi rentoutumaan päivän päätteeksi.
