Location is the only thing which is awesome

Staff is rude. Lights were not turning on they started yelling and shifted to some other room. They have a restaurant, when I requested to carry a steel glass for my kid (3Y) to my room and promised them to return, they weren't allowed. Bathroom was clean, but the bedsheets have stains.
